Toyota Origin – overview
The Toyota Origin is a rear-wheel drive sedan inspired by the design of the first generation Toyota Crown (1995). The car was produced in a limited batch in honor of the production of the 100 millionth car in Japan, which happened in July 2000. Technically, the sedan copied the premium Progress model, featured a 3-liter engine with 215 hp, automatic transmission and the most modern technologies of its time. The interior was trimmed with leather and decorated with handmade wood panels.
