Toyota Paseo – overview
The Toyota Paseo is the export name for a compact model known as Cynos in Japan. The name "Paseo" means "walk" in Spanish. The compact sports-style coupe or convertible was produced from 1991 to 1999. It had two generations. Based on the Toyota Tercel, the car received 1.3 or 1.5-liter engines and an automatic or manual gearbox. Toyota intended the car for young drivers.
