Toyota Prius Plus – overview

The Toyota Prius Plus is a long estate version of the Toyota Prius hybrid front-wheel drive car. The 5-seater car shares the same nickel-metal hydride high-voltage battery with the entry-level model. It is located under the trunk floor, and the air intakes of the cooling system are located under the rear seats. The 7-seater version is equipped with a more compact and energy efficient lithium-ion battery, which is located under the console between the driver's and passenger's seats.
