Vauxhall Carlton – overview
The Vauxhall Carlton is a large family car available as a sedan or estate. The car was sold by the Vauxhall division of GM Europe from 1978 to 1994. The model had two generations. It was based on the Opel Record E and Omega A models. Almost all Carlton modifications were made by Opel in Rüsselsheim and differed from their German counterparts only in badges and trim.
