The Vauxhall Chevette is a subcompact car produced from 1975 to 1984. The model was identical to the Opel Kadett C, Isuzu Gemini, Chevrolet Chevette or Pontiac Acadian in the Americas. The Vauxhall, which became one of the first British subcompact hatchbacks, was equipped with a 1.2-liter engine and automatic or manual gearboxes.
