Volkswagen Polo R WRC – overview
The Volkswagen Polo R WRC is a world-class rally car created by Volkswagen Motorsport based on the popular Polo. The sporty 3-door hatchback was built in accordance with the second edition of the World Rally Car rules dated 2011. The car was extremely successful from its début, winning 43 of the 53 rallies that it entered, and scoring 37 more podiums. It was produced from 2013 to 2014.
