Volvo V40 Cross Country – overview
The Volvo V40 Cross Country is a version of the V40 premium subcompact 5-door hatchback produced by Volvo Cars from 2013 to 2019. The V40 is arguably the most stylish of all Volvo models. Representing a cross between an estate and a hatchback, it received a dynamic silhouette that is not typical for the Swedish brand. The Cross Country differed from the original hatchback with more powerful engines, protective body panels, larger wheels and tires, as well as increased ground clearance. So if you want a car with a powerful engine, all-wheel drive and fashionable style, then the V40 Cross Country is just what you need. It has excellent handling and driving characteristics, but you have to put up with a stiff rear suspension and a small interior.
