Wuling Mini EV generations

The Wuling Mini EV is a fully electric 4-seater compact city car in a mini format, produced under the Wuling brand, which belongs to the joint venture SAIC-GM-Wuling. It debuted in the summer of 2020 and quickly gained popularity in the Chinese market, thanks to its simplicity, utility, and a price tag of just $4,500. In 2021, the Mini EV entered the top 10 best-selling cars worldwide. This tiny electric vehicle measures only 2917 mm in length and features a simple "cubist" design, minimal decoration, standard bulb optics, and miniature 12-inch wheels. The electric motor, mounted on the rear axle, delivers a mere 27 horsepower, with a top speed of 100 km/h. Customers can choose between lithium-ion traction batteries with capacities of 9.2 or 13.8 kWh, offering a certified range of 120 or 170 km (according to the NEDC cycle).
