Xiaomi Corporation, a Chinese corporation founded by Lei Jun in 2010, emerged as the leader of the Chinese smartphone market by production volume in 2021. In addition to this, the IT giant produces electronics and gadgets, home appliances, tablets, smartwatches, software, electric scooters, and electric bicycles. Now, it's finally time for electric cars. In July 2022, Xiaomi announced a collaboration with automotive giant BYD.
