Chrysler Neon – overview
The Chrysler Neon or Dodge Neon or Plymouth Neon is a compact front-wheel drive car sold from 1994 to 2005 in Europe as Chrysler, and in the USA as Dodge or Plymouth. The 4-door sedans and 2-door coupes were in the economy segment and were positioned by the company as "fast, good and cheap" cars. In Japan, they were even given the nickname "killers" because they were too cheap compared to Japanese cars of the same class. But the low cost has another side - low quality and safety level. According to the results of crash tests, the Neon showed itself worse than other similar cars.
