Cupra is a young Spanish car brand that became independent from the company Seat in 2018 and joined the VAG group as a standalone brand. The name is derived from the term "Cup Racing." Cupra vehicles carry high expectations – they aim to significantly distance themselves from their parent company, showcasing the best and conquering with their unique individuality. It's no coincidence that the most powerful Seat car modifications were previously designated by the Cupra prefix.
