Ferrari F80 - catalog and technical specifications
The Ferrari F80 is a mid-size sports 2-door coupe with a hybrid powertrain, introduced on October 17, 2024. At the time of its release, the F80 was declared the most powerful production Ferrari. The body is based on a carbon fiber monocoque, all elements are carefully thought out from an aerodynamic point of view, providing downforce of up to 1000 kg at a speed of 250 km/h. The new Ferrari flagship has an unusual 1+ seating formula: the asymmetrical interior space is focused on the driver, in front of whom there is a large instrument screen and a small truncated steering wheel. There is a small touchscreen for climate control, but all other buttons are physical, including on the steering wheel. The chassis with double wishbone suspension and active shock absorbers with a 48-volt control system was developed jointly with the Canadian company Multimatic. The brakes are carbon-ceramic CCM-R Plus, with 6-piston calipers at the front with 408mm discs and 4-piston calipers at the rear with 390mm discs. The wheels are shod with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires measuring 285/30 R20 at the front and 345/30 R21 at the rear. The Ferrari F80 is powered by a hybrid power plant based on a 3-liter V6 biturbo engine paired with an 8-speed robot and three electric motors with a maximum output of 1200 hp. That is, the Ferrari flagship received all-wheel drive for the first time. The 800-volt traction battery located behind the seats has a capacity of 2.3 kWh. The hypercar accelerates to the first hundred in 2.15 seconds, with a top speed of 350 km/h. A total of 799 copies of the Ferrari F80 will be produced. The cost of each starts at 3.6 million euros. The first buyers will receive their cars at the end of 2025.
