Lotus Evija – overview
The Lotus Evija is an electric hypercar introduced as a coupe in 2020. It is perhaps the most powerful production car in the world, and definitely the first coupe with 2,000 hp. This is a heavy-duty megacar, which has 1 horsepower per 1 kg of mass. The name comes from the name "Eve" and means "first in life" or "alive". The manufacturer considers the car the beginning of a new chapter in its history, full of legendary models. This is the first such car from Lotus and the first electric car of the company. The hypercar will be produced in an edition of 130 units.
