MAN TGE – overview
The MAN TGE is essentially a twin of the Volkswagen Crafter: the external differences are limited to a different design of the front part, and in the cabin, there's a different emblem on the steering wheel. The van is available in three body lengths (from 5.9 to 7.4 m) and three roof heights (from 2.3 to 2.8 m). The total weight ranges from 3.0 to 5.5 tons, and the cargo compartment volume in the largest version is an impressive 18.3 cubic meters. In addition to the van, a minibus, and chassis with single and double cabs are offered. Technically, the TGE is also completely identical to the Crafter: 2-liter turbo diesels ranging from 102 to 177 hp, gearboxes - 6-speed manual or 8-speed automatic. Drive options are front, rear, or all-wheel drive.
