Mercedes SL-Class generations

The Mercedes-Benz SL-Class is a series of light sports luxury cars produced by Mercedes-Benz (Germany). It has been produced since 1954 and is a legend of the racing world, which is remembered not only for its speed, but also for the unusual door design, called the Gullwing. Previously, the car was produced in coupe, convertible and roadster bodies. Currently, there is only a 2-door roadster. The new Mercedes-Benz SL-Class shares a platform with the AMG GT Coupé, but the difference between them is clearly visible. It was equipped with a lightweight fabric top instead of a heavy metal rooftop. The model was distinguished by a 2+2 seating configuration, a wide range of powertrains and all-wheel drive.
