Soueast Motor (SEM) is a Taiwanese automaker, the name of which comes from “South East”. Its history dates back to 1995. The company belongs to both Chinese (50%) and Taiwanese (25%) founders, while the remaining 25% is owned by the Japanese company Mitsubishi Motors.
