This report is based on the assumption that most car sellers are decent and honest people, not part of a group of professional fraudsters who engage in significant manipulation, counterfeiting and concealment of information before selling a car. We also assume that a vehicle owner whose vehicle is involved in an accident in which the damage exceeds the deductible price will report this to the insurance company and sue them, especially if the vehicle was involved in an accident with another party and/or there are casualties and the Israeli police were involved.
