Audi TT - catalog and technical specifications
The Audi TT is a sports car manufactured by Audi AG (Germany). It has been produced since 1998 in coupe and roadster bodies, which can be both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. The letters “TT” in the name stand for the Tourist Trophy annual race held on the Isle of Man (UK). This model is the first to be subjected to seamless laser welding of an aluminum body. Therefore, the aerodynamics of the first TTs was one of the best in the class. Thanks to powerful engines and eye-catching appearance, the Audi TT cars successfully continue the traditions of their legendary ancestor. A longer wheelbase makes the interior easily suitable for four passengers.
