The BYD Dolphin is a compact, fully electric 5-door hatchback, in production since 2021. The car is part of BYD's "marine" family, which is why its exterior and interior details are designed in a signature style inspired by oceanic beauty. The hatchback is built on the modular e3.0 platform, whose main feature is an 800-volt electrical system that allows for a 145 km range to be gained in just 5 minutes. Two battery options are available: a 60 kWh capacity with a 427 km range (WLTP) and a more modest 44 kWh battery.
