Opel Corsa – overview
The Opel Corsa is a German subcompact car produced by Opel since 1982. It is also produced and sold under the Vauxhall (in the UK brands) and Chevrolet (in South America and Asia) brands owned by General Motors. The first Corsa was delivered to France, Italy and Spain where compact car accounted for more than a third of the market at that time. The model was represented by 3-door hatchbacks, 2-door coupes, as well as 4-door sedans and 5-door hatchbacks since 1984. Some markets sold commercial models based on the Corsa vans with rear windows or all-metal.
