Infiniti FX – overview
The Infiniti FX is a large luxury SUV that was produced by Nissan under the Infiniti brand from 2002 to 2013. It was renamed the QX70 after 2014. The FX took the off-road segment to the next level by skillfully getting rid of all the stylistic restrictions inherent in the design of off-road vehicles. The iconic SUV has created a completely new automotive segment, and most importantly has become a true icon of the brand. Designed specifically for the American market, the vehicle had two modifications: FX35 with a 3.5-liter V6 engine with a capacity of 283 hp and FX45 with a 4.5-liter V8 engine (315 or 328 hp). The Infiniti FX35 was equipped with rear-wheel drive as standard, whereas the FX45 was all-wheel drive.
