Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart – overview
The Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart was actually the most powerful version of the standard 9 and 10 generation Mitsubishi Lancer. Such models were offered not only in Japan, but also in Europe, North and South America. The car was introduced in 2003. It featured a redesigned front bumper, an aerodynamic side skirt, a rear bumper with a diffuser and a spoiler. A 1.8-liter turbine-powered engine produced 165 hp and was coupled with an automatic transmission and a front-wheel drive system. The Ralliart version based on the tenth generation Lancer turned out to be even more serious: it had a 2-liter engine with a capacity of 241 hp, coupled with a robotic gearbox and all-wheel drive.
