Renault Koleos – overview
The Renault Koleos is a compact SUV produced by Renault in Busan, South Korea since 2007. In the South Korean market, the car was sold as Renault Samsung QM5. The vehicle can have both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. The Koleos was the first Renault vehicle specifically designed as an SUV. Its all-wheel drive system is borrowed from Nissan, with which the French automaker has an alliance. The premium SUV, equipped with modern comfort and safety systems and a “smart” all-wheel drive system that can independently adapt to the characteristics of the roadway, is popular in Europe.
