Skoda Octavia RS – overview
The Skoda Octavia RS is a sporty version of the popular Skoda Octavia, a mid-size C-segment car from the Czech automaker Skoda Auto. It has been produced in liftback and 5-door estate bodies since 2001. The model has four generations. The high-performance Octavia differs from the original model by powerful gasoline and diesel engines producing from 197 to 242 hp. The car can be front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. There is also a plug-in hybrid RS iV. Interestingly, the RS version accounts for almost 20% of Octavia sales in Germany, England and Switzerland.
