Suzuki S-Cross – overview
The Suzuki S-Cross is none other than the subcompact crossover SX4, which in its second generation became known as the SX4 S-Cross, and in its third generation, was simply renamed to the S-Cross. The premiere of this new model, which boasts a significantly redesigned body compared to its predecessor, took place in late 2021. The assembly of the model is carried out at the Magyar Suzuki Corporation factory in Hungary, from where the car is exported to countries in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Oceania. Under the hood, the vehicle is equipped with a turbocharged 1.4 DITC engine with 129 horsepower from the Boosterjet series, paired with a moderate 48-volt SHVS hybrid system. The arrival of a full-fledged plug-in hybrid is expected, allowing for fully electric driving mode.
