BAIC X7 - catalog and technical specifications

BAIC X7 is a mid-size 5-seater crossover, first presented in 2020. In the spring of 2023, a scheduled restyling took place. Stylish and comfortable car successfully combines modern design trends, innovative technologies, advanced safety systems, practicality and economy. X7 is the largest crossover in the range of the Chinese brand BAIC: length - 4710 mm, wheelbase - 2800 mm. The passport ground clearance is 200 mm. Three displays are installed in the BAIC X7 cabin: digital instruments (7 inches), multimedia touchscreen (12.3 inches) and a separate screen for climate control. The second row seats have adjustable backrests. The trunk holds 410 liters. The standard equipment includes a panoramic roof, fully LED optics, leather interior trim, electric driver's seat, heated steering wheel, rear parking sensors, all-round cameras and 18-inch wheels. The crossover is based on the modular BMFA platform, which includes McPherson struts at the front, a multi-link design at the rear and a battery located under the floor. In China, the BAIC X7 is offered in two versions: a regular fuel version and a plug-in hybrid. The classic petrol version, equipped with a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder turbo engine with direct injection and a power of 188 hp, was sent to export markets. The use of petrol with an octane rating of 92 is permitted. The gearbox is a 7-speed "robot" with two clutches, front-wheel drive only. The maximum speed is 200 km/h.
