Geely Emgrand EV - catalog and technical specifications
The Geely Emgrand EV is an electric variant of the compact Emgrand sedan from the second generation, first unveiled at the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show. Specialists from Detroit Electric (USA) were involved in the development of the electric car. The second generation of the regular Emgrand was showcased to the public at the 2014 Beijing Auto Show, and mass production of the EV model began in November 2015. The electric vehicle marked Geely's first step in implementing the Blue energy strategy. After the 2018 facelift, the range increased to 480 km, and the battery capacity was upgraded to 62 kWh. The top speed reaches 140 km/h, with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h taking 9.3 seconds. Recharging up to 80% can be done in just 30 minutes.
