Hyundai i25 – overview
The Hyundai i25 - a compact family sedan, much better known as the Accent. Under the name i25, it is sold in the Israeli and Colombian markets, while in some countries it is recognized as Verna, and in others as Solaris. Since 2010, it has been equipped with two gasoline 4-cylinder engines: a 1.4-liter with 107 hp and a 1.6-liter with 124 hp. The engines are paired with a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission. In 2022, the power of the base 1.4-liter model increased to 100 hp, and the gearboxes became 6-speed. The drive is front-wheel only. This unpretentious and reliable vehicle is well-adapted for driving in typical urban settings. Its main competitive advantage lies in its affordable cost.
