Mazda CX-6e in Israel

The Mazda CX-6e is a mid-size crossover with a plug-in hybrid and electric powertrain, first unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2025. In China, it is called the Mazda EZ-60, and will be exported as the Mazda CX-6e. The second model of the Japanese brand after the electric liftback Mazda EZ-6, created on the EPA1 modular platform from Deepal. Both cars are produced by the Changan Mazda joint venture. The Deepal S07 was chosen as the basis for the CX-6e. Externally, the Japanese crossover is quite different from the Chinese original and even its dimensions are larger: length 4850 mm, wheelbase - 2902 mm. The Mazda CX-6e interior, designed for five, looks rich. Instead of instruments, a projection screen with augmented reality is installed, in the center there is a dual display with a total diagonal of 26.45 inches: the main one for multimedia and an additional one for the front passenger. Monitors are built into the front door panels, replacing the outside rear-view mirrors. The standard audio system with Dolby Atmos surround sound support has 23 speakers. A separate touch screen is provided for second-row passengers. All seats are heated and ventilated. The standard equipment includes 9 airbags and a rich set of electronic assistants, up to the second-level autopilot. The trunk holds from 350 to 2036 liters, the electric version has an additional front compartment of 126 liters. In China, the Mazda EZ-60 is offered as an electric car and a serial plug-in hybrid. The plug-in hybrid version received a single electric motor on the rear axle (258 hp) and a 1.5-liter gasoline engine (98 hp), which operates in generator mode and charges a traction battery with a capacity of 31.7 kWh. The passport range with a fully charged battery and a full tank is 1000 km according to the CLTC cycle. The electric version also has a single rear electric motor and a 78 kWh battery with a range of 600 km on the CLTC cycle.
