Hyundai i30 Hatchback, 3 generation, 2018 restyling
Hyundai i30 is a compact C-class passenger car from the South Korean car manufacturer, Hyundai Motor, produced since 2007. In 2020, Israeli buyers could purchase the third generation Hyundai i30 5-Door Hatchback, restyled in 2018.
The 2018/2019 Hyundai i30 5-Door Front-Wheel Drive Hatchback with 5 seats has the following dimensions: 4,340 mm in length, 1,795 mm in width, and wheelbase of 2,650 mm. The trunk volume reaches 395 liters.
Exterior and interior
After the restyling in 2018, the renewed i30 now has new bumpers, a new grille, a modified diffuser, and new optics with a V-shaped diode pattern. The design and technical side of the new Hyundai i30 was developed by the European division of Hyundai.
Modifications
In Israel, the new i30 comes with a 1.4-liter turbo-petrol engine producing 140 hp. This engine allows the hatchback to reach a top speed of 205 km/h. At the same time, the average highway fuel consumption will be 5 liters per 100 km. The engine is complemented by a 7-speed robot unit.
Trim versions
The 2019/2020 Hyundai i30 Hatchback offers its Israeli buyers two trim versions: Luxury and Premium. Luxury includes sunroof and panoramic roof. Both trim versions are equipped with 6 airbags, central locking, immobilizer, rear view camera, adaptive cruise control and almost a complete set of electronic assistants: ABS and ASR, driving mode selection system, lane control and blind spot monitoring, hill start assist and brake assist, collision avoidance system, driver fatigue sensor, and stabilization system.
All trim versions of the 2020 Hyundai i30 have multimedia systems with the possibility to use Android Auto, Carplay, Bluetooth and USB, audio system, power glass windows, 2-zone climate control, multifunctional steering wheel, fuel-saving Idle Stop and Go and LED headlights.
