Isuzu Ippon – overview
Under the name "Ippon" in Israel, the Isuzu pickup was sold, which was known in the rest of the world as "Faster" or "Rodeo". Versions for America were called "Isuzu Pickup" and "Chevrolet LUV". However, this is far from the complete list of names for the Japanese pickup. Cars were sold all over the world, including under the brands Bedford, Holden, Honda, Opel, and Vauxhall. The production of the first generation began back in 1972, but the pickup reached the Israeli market in the third generation of the 1998 model. The Isuzu Ippon was available with a double or single cab, there were extended versions, and some were equipped with all-wheel drive.
