Cadillac XT5 SUV. 1st generation, 2019 restyling
Cadillac XT5 is a mid-size premium SUV produced by Cadillac (USA), one of the divisions of General Motors, since 2016. It can be both front- and all-wheel drive. In 2020, Israeli buyers could purchase the first generation SUV after the 2019 restyling.
The 2019/2020 XT5 5-Door 5-Seater SUV has impressive dimensions: 4,815 mm long, 1,903 mm wide, 1675 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,857 mm. Its trunk volume ranges from 849 liters (minimum) to 1,784 liters (maximum). The restyled XT5 looks more compact than it actually is. However, the SUV has a 67 mm longer wheelbase than its rival Lexus RX. Thus, it can boast a spacious interior, as well as the large trunk.
Exterior
The restyling practically did not change the exterior. The recognizable chopped shape has been refreshed with a new radiator grille, bumpers, wheel rims and side mirrors with turn signals. Clean and graceful lines shape the silhouette of the new Cadillac XT5. Chromed elements set the right accents, and the signature radiator grille, available in two designs, completes the SUV’s catchy look. The standard panoramic roof offers scenic views. A protective electric shutter, if necessary, will hide you from the bright sun.
Interior
The unique interior of the 2020/2021 Cadillac XT5 was created by hand by real masters of their craft, using premium materials even in the basic trim level. The interior finishing is made of natural perforated leather, and the interior elements are made of aluminum, natural exotic wood or carbon fiber. Modifications
There are both front- and all-wheel drive models of the 2020 Cadillac XT5 on the market. The engine range includes 2-liter 200 hp and 237 hp petrol engines, as well as a 3.7-liter 314 hp engine. It is especially worth taking a closer look at the 2-liter turbocharged engine with 200 hp, capable of developing a maximum of 210 km/h. It is complemented by a 9-speed automatic transmission.
The new 2.0-liter 200 hp turbocharged engine with 350 Nm of torque has been developed under the most advanced technologies.
