BMW X2 crossover. First generation 2017
BMW X2 is a compact five-seat crossover from the German ‘BMW’ company that has been in production since 2017. Comes in both a front-wheel drive version and a four-wheel drive one. Nowadays the Israel market offers first generation X2 crossover models.
The 5-door and 5-seat BMW X2 2017/2018 crossover have the following measurements: 4360 mm in length, 1824 mm in width, and 2760 mm in the wheelbase area. The minimum trunk volume is 470 liters, the maximum is 1355 liters. In appearance, the X2 model is indeed more similar to a hatchback – with its lowered roof and shortened rear overhang.

Modifications
The Israel market offers both front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive BMW X2 models supplied by either a gasoline or diesel motor. Both are turbocharged. Gasoline motors - 1,5-liter ones with a power capacity of 140 hp, and 2-liter ones with a power capacity of 190 hp – are installed on the front-wheel drive models. 2-liter motors with a power capacity of 192 or 306 hp are installed on the 4×4 vehicles. As for the diesel motors, all of them are 2 liters in volume, but the power capacity can be different – 150, 190, or 231 hp. Can be supplied by either an 8-speed automatic gearbox, SMG, or a manual gearbox. Maximum speed of the most powerful motor can reach up to 250 km/h, the ‘0 to 100 km/h’ time being only 5 seconds. The diesel motor - the most fuel-efficient of the two – has a fuel consumption of around 4,6 liters per 100 km. The choice is yours.
Trim versions
All trim versions of the BMW X2 2020 model have at least 6 airbags, central locking, immobilizers, ABS, and stabilization system, as well as an electronic assistance system for uphill driving. In more advanced trim versions parking sensors are also included. Advanced multimedia installation, USB, audio system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, an additional third head-restraint on the back seat, power pack, a defrosting option for side mirrors and a heating option for front seats, active power steering system, air conditioning, and 1-zone climate control, button start for the engine, a multifunctional steering wheel as well as decorative moldings – these are the general options for all trim versions of the vehicle.
