Dacia Duster. 2nd generation, 2022 restyling
In the summer of 2022, the entire model range of the Dacia brand and the Dacia Duster SUV, in particular, were slightly updated. So, the restyling of 2022 is a very conditional name for those few changes. Recall: this is the second modernization of the second generation SUV, the first one took place in the summer of 2021.

2021 restyling
As a result of the 2021 restyling, the second generation Dacia Duster, currently available in Israel, received new front and rear optics with Y-shaped patterns, as well as diode direction indicators, dipped beams and number plate lights. The SUV acquired new wheels with a diameter of 16 and 17 inches, a new multimedia system with an 8-inch touch screen and other nice features. In terms of technology, the SUV returned to the 6-speed EDC dual-clutch robotic gearbox, which is installed on a modification with a 1.3-liter turbocharged TCe engine with 150 hp.
2022 restyling
In 2022, a new logo appeared on all cars of Renault’s Romanian subsidiary, which is designed to reflect the “simplicity and reliability of Dacia cars”. The restyled 2022/2023 Dacia Duster has received a different radiator grille with horizontal stripes. The new logo can be seen between these stripes, as well as on the wheel hubs. The rear end is decorated with the “Dacia” inscription, placed in the center of the steering wheel. A new, branded color, Lichen Khaki, has been added to the range of body colors: even Dacia dealerships use khaki in their decoration.
Another innovation is rather nominal: all Dacia cars have a non-switchable speed limiter that prevents cars from gaining more than 180 km/h. In reality, this will only be applicable for Duster models with turbo engines, which could accelerate up to 190-200 km/h. The new 2022/2023 Dacia Duster with new logos appeared on sale in October 2022, but the updated SUV has not yet arrived in Israel.
Soon we will have a new, third generation SUV, which is already in development.
