The final version of the Audi TT RS has been introduced in the USA. Are we really going to say goodbye to this super-powerful coupe soon? But it wasn’t that long ago that the manufacturer released a restyled version of the third-generation coupe (currently sold in Israel) in 2019. The four-wheel drive two-door car combines Audi’s tradition with an outstanding technical foundation. Our thrill-seekers were happy with an output of 400 hp. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h occurred in 3.7 seconds, and the maximum speed was limited to 250 km/h. But it’s time to say goodbye. The final special version, called the Heritage Edition, copies the production version in terms of equipment and features five body paint options, as well as Quattro engravings and a modified interior. The German brand will launch 50 sports cars within this special edition. Hurry up or you may be late.

The Audi TT RS is the most powerful and fastest version of the compact premium model TT, developed by Audi quattro GmbH sports division, and is produced in two versions: coupe and roadster with a convertible top.

Interesting fact

The Audi TT RS Heritage Edition is distinguished by the legendary paint colors that once adorned the bodies of the 1980 Audi Ur-quattro, the first production all-wheel drive car, which started an era. There will be ten cars in total in Alpine White, Helios Blue, Stone Gray, Tizian Red and Malachite Green colors, which automatically makes each very rare. Moreover, the sports car received rear LED lights, Quattro engraving on the rear window, 20-inch wheels of an exclusive design. The aggressive character is underlined by the sports exhaust system and the electrically adjustable spoiler.

The interior of the Heritage Edition cars features unique color combinations, an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel and floor mats with RS logos. In terms of powertrain, the car is the same as the original one: a 2.5-liter 5-cylinder engine with an output of 400 hp and 480 Nm of torque. The engine is combined with a 7-speed S tronic robotic gearbox and quattro all-wheel drive. The same car is sold in Israel. But this version offers different dynamics. Thus, it takes the Audi TT RS Heritage Edition 4.5 seconds to accelerate to 100 km/h, and the maximum speed is 280 km/h. Sales of the final version for the US market will begin in early 2022.
