Mercedes-Benz CLA AMG. 2nd generation, 2023 restyling
At the beginning of 2023, the base Mercedes-Benz CLA was restyled: the manufacturer has updated the whole family of sedans and estates, including powerful AMG versions. All the models have slightly changed outside, acquired new equipment and upgraded engines. The Mercedes-Benz CLA AMG, as usual, combines high performance, stylish design and advanced technology. After the 2023 restyling, the model has many new features to meet the needs of the most demanding drivers. In Europe, the updated Mercedes-Benz CLA AMG will appear in the spring of 2023.
The price for the pre-restyling Mercedes-Benz CLA AMG in the Israeli market starts from 476,619 shekels (as of March 2023). It is still unknown how much the updated model will cost and when it arrives in Israel.
The main feature of the restyled 2023 Mercedes-Benz CLA AMG is the exclusive design. The car has an elegant appearance with improved aerodynamics, larger air vents and special body elements that reduce air resistance and improve handling.
The AMG versions have received the division logo above the radiator grille and a standard AMG Performance steering wheel, while the top-end CLA 45 S offers a Street Style Edition package with a sporty body kit, orange accents, matte rims and red brake calipers. The interior features microfiber upholstery, aluminum decorative elements and AMG embroidery.
The new 2023 CLA AMG Mercedes-Benz is available in two versions: CLA 35 AMG and CLA 45 S AMG. All are all-wheel drive, complemented by a 7-speed robotic gearbox.
- The CLA 35 AMG comes with a 2.0-liter turbo engine with 306 hp and 400 Nm. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds. The maximum speed is 250 km/h.
- The CLA 45 AMG comes with the same 2.0-liter engine with 421 hp and 500 Nm. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.0 seconds, which makes it one of the fastest in its class. The maximum speed is 270 km/h.
