The new powerful crossover from AMG is equipped with 2-liter turbocharged gasoline engines of different capacities: 306, 387, and 421 hp. Acceleration to 100 km/h is 5.1, 4.4, and 4.3 seconds, respectively. The maximum permissible speed, electronically limited, is 250 km/h, and the most powerful engine is 270 km/h. All engines are complemented by an 8-speed automated manual transmission.
Trim versions
Inside, the ‘charged’ crossover has a sports steering wheel with integrated shift paddles and buttons for driving dynamics functions, as well as sports seats with elegant ARTICO/DINAMICA trim. The AMG Performance steering wheel and Formula 1 steering wheel buttons are standard on the GLA 45 S 4MATIC +. Basic options include metal pedals, special graphics for the instrument cluster display, and AMG-specific interior design.
The MBUX multimedia system and the multimedia display provide sports additional information in an AMG-specific display. The center console with typical AMG hand rest with integrated manual transmission buttons, 3-speed ESP, and the optional AMG RIDE CONTROL suspension underline the powerful crossover character.
