Bentayga for fishing and hunting lovers
Traditions are incredibly important for the British, especially such as traditional fishing, horse riding or hunting with English hounds. So, the manufacturer came up with a very cute idea for a special series of its Bentayga SUVs, called ‘Outdoor Pursuits’.
Bentley Motors tasked Mulliner with creating 11 cars that accentuate Britain’s favorite outdoor pursuits. The Bentley Bentayga Outdoor Pursuits are handcrafted in Crewe, and each SUV features unique decorative elements. Just take a look at the hand-made landscape embroidery in the interior… The decor reveals one of the themes: fishing, horse riding or walking with dogs, so you can choose from elements depicting a galloping horse, a fishing scene, English hounds or the Mulliner lettering.
The Bentley Bentayga is one of two hybrid vehicles of the British brand. Israeli buyers can purchase the first generation SUV after the restyling of 2020. The entry-level model is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 gasoline engine with 550 hp, paired with permanent all-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic transmission. There is also a rechargeable hybrid with a total output of 449 hp.
All the Outdoor Pursuits vehicles are unique, featuring natural textures and new natural materials. The interior elements are finished with woolen fabric (door panels, pockets on the back of the front seats and handrails, as well as parts around the dashboard). The sophisticated styling of Bentley that has won numerous awards for the interior of its vehicles is enhanced by the use of Liquid Amber veneer (made from amber wood). These materials are effectively combined with the leather upholstery.
The body of the Bentley Bentayga special version is painted in Havana brown, Cumbrian Green or Magnetic gray. The cars have 22-inch alloy wheels with a diamond-cut 10-spoke design. And a fun final interesting detail, future Outdoor Pursuits owners can get a leather-covered Hunter Flask that matches the upholstery. Well, truth be told, fishing without a flask is not fishing at all…
