Honda Jazz. 4th generation, 2023 restyling
One of the best city cars, the Honda Jazz compact 5-door hatchback is a global model that has been produced since 2002. In 2018, the manufacturer released the 4th generation of this compact and versatile car, popular not only in Europe, but also in Israel. And the hybrid Honda Jazz e: HEV is one of the most attractive city cars on the market. And now, finally, the time has come for a scheduled restyling: at the end of 2022, the hatchback was restyled. In 2023, we will see a new more powerful Jazz that looks somewhat different.
Exterior
The restyled Honda Jazz features a different front end and new bumpers. The Crossstar off-road version has received a plastic body kit, a new Fjord Mist blue exterior tint, and different alloy wheel finishes. In addition, the sporty RS (Advance Sport) version has acquired a huge front air intake, a specific mesh grille, a roof spoiler and special 16-inch five-double-spoke alloy wheels. A new shade has been added called Urban Grey.
Interior
The interior of the 2023 Honda Jazz has not changed, but the number of trim options has reached 13. In addition, the entry-level version has received a blind spot monitoring system and adaptive cruise control with semi-autonomous mode for traffic jam driving.
Powertrains
The entry-level version of the 2023 Honda Jazz has received a more powerful 1.5-liter gasoline engine with an output of 116 hp. The hybrid system of the Honda Jazz e: HEV has grown up to 121 hp. It should be noted that some markets will offer an all-wheel drive hybrid modification. The e-CVT automatic gearbox has also been improved, with smoother operation and a re-ratio to allow the gasoline engine to reach higher revs of 6,300 rpm. The suspension has been modified to match the units due to more rigid springs, resulting in better stability. As a result of all the upgrades, the mass of the towed trailer has increased to 500 kg.
