Jaguar XF. 2nd generation Sedan 2015
The Jaguar XF is a luxury business class car produced by the British automobile manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover since 2008. It can be presented in the ‘sedan’ and ‘station wagon’ bodies. It has both rear-and all-wheel-drive modifications, as well as sports versions. In 2020, the second generation Jaguar XF 2015 model year in the sedan body was available on the Israeli market.
The new 4-door 5-seat Jaguar XF sedan has dimensions: 4954 mm in length, 1880 mm in width, and a very impressive wheelbase-2960 mm, so there is a lot of space inside the car. The volume of the luggage compartment is 505 liters.

The interior has become more ‘high-tech’, in the center there is a large 11.4-inch tablet with thin magnesium frames, as if ‘hovering’ over the center console. Inside is the latest Pivot Pro system, which requires a maximum of a couple of clicks to access 90% of the functions. Another notable detail in the cabin is the ‘automatic’ selector, which replaced the round ‘twister’. The slide-out washer is also there, but now it is, in fact, a multifunctional joystick.
Modifications
Jaguar XF 2019/2020 is presented in two versions - rear-and all-wheel drive. And it is equipped with both petrol and diesel engines. Jaguar is systematically abandoning the V6 engines left over from the days when the British brand was owned by Ford. They were replaced by their own in-line ‘sixes’ of the Ingenium series.
Gasoline engines can be 2 liters and power from 200 to 300 hp And 3-liter, 340 and 380 hp Diesel: 2-liter, capable of producing from 163 to 240 horses, and 3-liter 300-horsepower engine. Depending on the modification, they can be equipped with either a 6-speed ‘manual’ or an 8-speed ‘automatic’ transmission. Acceleration ‘to hundreds’ at the most powerful engine occurs in 5.3 seconds, and the maximum possible speed is limited to 250 km/h.
Configuration options
Of course, the level of equipment of the new Jaguar XF sedan depends on the configuration. But, in general, all models have basic options inherent in all configurations. These are at least 6 airbags, immobilizer, alarm system, central locking, cruise control, rear and front parking sensors, ABS, stabilization system, multimedia with Bluetooth and USB, audio system, in the top versions - Hi-Fi, a third rear headrest, an extended electric package of adjustments and various heating systems, in the top versions - leather interior, one-or two-zone climate control, multifunctional steering wheel, light and rain sensors.
